How To Get Organized and Be Productive

Let me being be asking a few sets of questions.

Would you say you are in control of your life? Are you organized? Do you feel you are maximizing your potential and living a productive life?

Scary question right?!

Ok. Let’s put it like this. What would it look like if you were in control of your life? If you were clicking on ally cylinders, and living to your highest potential, what would your life look like? What would your family look like? Your work? Your recreational life? Your financial situation?

What would it take for you to get that type of life?

Chances are, you answered no to the first set of questions, and feel too overwhelmed to even begin to think about the second set.

Ok. Here is the deal. I want to let you know that no matter where you are, there is always a way to stop feeling overwhelmed and unorganized. To start living a productive life. To live up to your full potential.

There is no magic bullet, but with effort, energy and attention you can stop feeling like your life is out of control. You can start living up to your potential, desires and yes… YOUR DREAMS.

I remember when I felt overwhelmed, unorganized and unproductive. It was frustrating. I wanted to live with purpose and productivity, but my mind was clouded and confused. I didn’t know where to begin. When I finally took the time to think, dream and work on my goals and productivity, I gained clarity about what to do and how to do it. I regained control of my life, time and energy. I had more joy and a grater sense of drive. More so, I realized that I have the power to take control of my life and achieve my goals.

Since then you could say that productivity has become a passion of mine. Not only that, but also helping others achieve clarity and grow in productivity as well. Now I think and write about goals and productivity a lot.

Let me give you the three steps to getting clarity and living with productivity

First, you need Perspective

What I mean is, you need to see the whole picture of your life. Get in touch with your desires and dreams. Get a clear grasp on the big picture, ask yourself what you really want and what matters most to you. Search deep down in your heart and don’t be scared to let yourself dream. What type of life do you want? Scary question! I know! It is scary because we fear to be let down. We fear to be vulnerable. We fear to leave our comfort zones. Don’t let fear keep you from the life you want. Take the time to get a vision for your life.

Second, you need Priorities

You are going to need to focus on the things that matter most. You can’t do everything, and somethings are only a distraction at best and an utter waste of time at worst. Once you know what you want to do, you need to make doing the things that will get you there your focus. So often we get lost in the sea of tasks only to discover that we are doing things that do not move us towards our goals and dreams. In the course, I give you a process to declutter your tasks and start doing the things that matter most.

Lastly, you need a Plan

It is not enough to have desires and dreams. You need a plan, a strategic course of action. A plan that takes your dreams and then implements your prioritized actions into strategic steps. The plan will be your guide, always pointing and moving you towards realizing the life you want. A good plan will dictate your decisions and keep you focused.
